We had a little bit of Midnight leftover from the batch that just went into a barrel, so we figured let's throw some vanilla in. We added a copious amount of Madagascar vanilla beans to create a rich silky mouthfeel and vanilla flavor to balance the roasty malts. - 12.2% ABV
